We at QUMEA are proud that our AI-powered monitoring systems now play a central role in reducing fall incidents. The hospital is running a proof-of-concept of our technology that are already showing promising results – a safer everyday care experience for both patients and staff.
Håkan Bertnor, associate nurse, is one of many who welcome these innovative solutions. “With this system we can quickly alert healthcare professionals if a patient is at risk of falling, giving them time to act.
“This is the future,” says Håkan. “Falls have decreased and we can monitor patients better.”
